You may not use any Digital Product, in whole or in part, to create a competing product, template, course, educational resource, or digital offering that substantially copies or derives from our materials.
You may not upload our Digital Products into artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or similar technologies for the purpose of reproducing, redistributing, training, generating competing products, or making our intellectual property available to others.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these licensing terms, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your license, terminate your access to purchased products without refund, invoice you for unauthorized licenses or usage, and pursue any additional legal remedies available under applicable law.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
The products, services, photographs, templates, educational materials, videos, written content, graphics, branding, workflows, presets, mockups, downloads, and all other intellectual property created or owned by Hannah Rosser Photography LLC may not be used to develop, train, fine-tune, improve, or otherwise contribute to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, generative AI system, or similar technology without our prior express written consent. Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the immediate electronic delivery and irrevocable nature of Digital Products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations for any Digital Product, online course, membership, community, workshop, digital download, template, preset, guide, educational resource, coaching resource, or other digital purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
