I'm so glad you're here. Whether you’re an aspiring photographer or a practicing one, you’ve come to the right place for building a sustainable business with strong foundations and dreamy aspirations. Welcome.
I never expected to become a photographer and wasn’t raised with a camera in my hand or a creative blueprint in my back pocket. In fact, I was deep in the world of science and had been accepted into a doctorate program for physical therapy.
Not long after, I was introduced me to a photographer who generously welcomed me into her world, allowing me to assist and observe. That simple act of kindness opened the door to opportunities where I learned more by doing than I ever could from a manual. I eventually purchased my first used camera and, not long after, I was entrusted with documenting my first wedding. I left the science world and never looked back.
What began as an unexpected detour became a God-given calling, one that taught me how to see beauty in imperfection, refine my craft with patience, and use my art to serve with both purpose and care. At the time, I never imagined photography as high art, and certainly never dreamed of seeing my work take me across the world.
Through a relentless desire to grow, everything began to shift. I discovered analog film. I started trusting my instincts. I stopped creating what was trendy and began leaning into work that felt timeless, story-driven, and deeply mine.
I built a brand around intentional artistry, one that resonated with couples who valued presence over perfection and entrusted me with telling their stories with depth.
Years later, those small, imperfect beginnings have carried me to destinations I once only saw in magazines: Italy, Greece, France, California, Thailand. My business has grown into something I never could have scripted.
And while my work has evolved, my heart hasn’t changed. I’m still learning and still stretching myself creatively. This career, the one that once felt impossible, has become the most beautiful, refining, and rewarding journey I’ve ever walked.
I never set out to become an educator. But as I grew my business, I began to share what I was learning and creatives started asking questions. It was never about being an expert; it was about being honest. About saying, "I’ve been there. I remember. Let me show you what helped." What I love most about teaching is not just watching someone grow their business. It’s watching them realize they were capable all along. It’s watching their confidence click into place and giving them tools for the dreams they were already carrying. I don’t take that lightly. Every time I get to walk alongside a creative in this space, I see a piece of myself: longing for clarity and a sense of purpose.
What I love most about this work is that it never really ends. There is no finish line, no final version of "having made it." I believe deeply in continuing to grow, evolve, and challenge myself both creatively and personally. I don’t believe in gatekeeping knowledge, and I don’t believe anyone is too far behind to start building something beautiful.
This career has been the biggest challenge of my life so far. It has stretched me, refined me, and called out parts of me I didn’t know existed. It has taught me resilience, humility, and how to run a business with both heart and structure. And more than anything, it has taught me the power of starting small and staying faithful.
If you are here because you’re unsure if you have what it takes, I want to gently tell you that you do. I have been where you are.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m cheering you on.
